วัสดุไนลอนรีไซเคิลที่นำมาเลือกใช้ครั้งนี้ เข้ามาทดแทนวัสดุยาง ที่เคยใช้ในรุ่น C17 ปรกติ
และยังสามารถให้ความนุ่มและทนสภาวะอากาศต่างๆ เช่นเดียวกับชุดแผ่นยางในรุ่น All weather เลยทีเดียว
และชิ้นส่วนปลายเบาะ และป้ายเพลทด้านหลัง จะทำจากวัสดุ Liquid wood
วัสดุที่ได้มา (byproduct) จากอุตสาหกรรมกระดาษ เป็นวัสดุไบโอโพลีเมอร์ที่สามารถย่อยสลายได้ 100%
